What items cannot be returned?
Due to the spread of Coronavirus-19, no returns/refunds will be accepted on any OPEN or USED products. Until further notice.
How long do I have to return or exchange a product?
1). First 4-8 weeks- Returns or exchange on approved items will be accepted and will be given a full refund.
2). 9-12 weeks- Returns or exchange on approved items will be given a refund minus shipping cost.
3). 13 weeks onwards- No refunds or exchange will be approve

Refund (If Applicable)
When a return item is recieved and inspected for approval, an email will be sent to notify you that the return item has been recieved and will be inspected for approval or rejection.
If accepted refund will be processed and issued to you via orignal method of payment, within 14 business days.
